And now it’s changing again to FedEx Office and dropping the Kinko’s from it’s name completely… Sad that since it’s no longer just Kinko’s it will soon be gone. It was good when it was Kinko’s, FedEx bought it and killed the entire company, blacklisted all ex-employees and basically hires anyone and doesn’t care about training or brand loyalty anymore… But then again, I worked for Kinko’s and left when it became FedEx Kinko’s or as I called it for a while Fedinkos.

Interesting take on the name. I’m personally not fond of these kinds of names, as you have said, they are a real mouthful. People will always shorten them in daily conversations to just FedEx or Kinko’s.
